Twisted silver surrounds the finely detailed fish. A scroll design of twisted sterling curves about on both sides and is soldered both top and bottom to the smooth piece that ends at the tips with a ball of silver. It's marked sterling and signed, and I believe it says MP. See photos, maybe you know who the artist is. The bracelet is about 20 to 25 years old, but never worn. (I'm merely assuming it's from Mexico, since I purchased it at the same place as some other jewelry from there.) Still it has been sitting around so it may have some light scratches. The silver itself is more of a darker patina. The opening at the end is approx. 1", and the widest opening is about 2 3/8", but I believe it'll give a little.
