Very honest general contractor doing side work for discount

Cheerful, honest contractor taking side jobs for half of what I normally charge for being a General Contractor. I do high quality work and am extremely honest. I do all phases of construction & remodeling including framing, painting, trim work, cabinets, tile, drywall repairs, making rentals like new between tenants, fences, fencing, electrical, plumbing, outlets, kitchen, bath, powerwashing/power washing... no job too big or too small. I get paid OFTEN to RE-do work that other people have messed up, so please... simply have me doing it well the FIRST time for you. handyman is also a good search term.
