Costco ottoman sofa set

Sofa in good shape too big for our home. There are some small cosmetic repairs as shown in pictures. The hinge in the ottoman needs to be twisted back on still works even when untwisted. Also the ottoman has a piece of material that covers the hinges one side came off but can be down back on it is still attached.
