Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment, (Building) looking to sublet

Hey There, I have a 100% remote job and I frequently travel or work from different places. The issue is this leaves my beautiful one bedroom apartment vacant much of the time and my building does not allow Airbnb or easy short term solutions. I hope to find someone consistent who would like to visit Miami (such as on long weekends or random weeks throughout the months). This is a luxury building located right north of Brickell (one block away), with amazing amenities (pool, gym, co-working, lounge, etc.). I am hoping to find someone in a similar situation as me (remote worker, flexible, etc.), and someone who will respect my belongings and keep place relatively clean.
