PART QUALIFIED ACCA JOB

Our small, established practice is looking for a committed ACCA studier who is looking to gain experience in a practice environment. Study support is available.
Ideally, you will have had some experience in an accounting or finance role and have a good understanding of accounting via a degree or professional qualification.
The role will give you early responsibility and the opportunity to see entire jobs from start to finish. You will be exposed to a wide variety of accounts and tax work:
• Accounts preparation work involving bank reconciliations, invoice processing, journals and preparation of lead schedules for all areas of the financial statements
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Self-assessment personal tax returns, using tax software
• CT600 corporation tax returns and capital allowance calculations
• Liaising with clients via email and phone
