Double room to rent

Double room to rent in flat. I have lived in the flat for the last 5yrs with my mate but he is now moving in with his girlfriend. I have never had an issue with the landlords and they are now decorating the flat throughout and putting in a new kitchen.
I am a 29yo professional normally work 8-5pm. I enjoy all types of sport and currently coach a local rugby team. I like to cook when I get the chance. I like nights in watching films, netflix and also like nights out.
The rent is £325/pm excluding bills. Students would have to contribute to the council tax.
