Bright clean double room looking out over back garden, double door to room creating perfect haven for privacy!
The flat is great, i think, light and airy, clean and tidy, friendly and homely.
Its just me here, im easy going english guy, i sell ice sculpture (wierd but true!). We have all the mod cons, Cable TV, Cooker, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, the kitchen is its own living space and the garden is lovely (hurry before its too late!)
$800 pmonth including bills, or if a couple $1,000 pmonth inc bills. Basically you have the run of the flat as i work pretty long hours and some weekends
