You can walk to the Louvre in 15 minutes, Montmartre in 15 minutes, Opera in 5 minutes, the Madeleine in 10 minutes, Concorde in 15 minutes. The apartment comes fully equipped with amenities that are very rare to find in Paris and is in a very secure and quiet building. Located right next to Printemps and Saint Lazare in the center of Paris (very nice area). Very central and convenient to get anywhere in Paris. You can also take trains to places outside of Paris with Saint Lazare train station being very close to the apartment.
